Target carries 3rd party Wii U Pro Controller

If you’ve been on the lookout for that controller by InterWorks Unlimited that seemingly inserts an SNES into the middle of a Pro controller, check out Target. Previously only available at, it seems to have popped up in the wild. It may cost slightly more than the online retailer, but for those who want it in their hands immediately, this may be a decent alternative.

In other finds, on my latest excursion, I noticed the Wii/Wii U section was slightly different and had a few new products. Although not on sale, there were two new officially licensed Wii U products from Project Sustain, with a GamePad holder and a behind the ear headset priced $14.99 and $19.99 respectively.

Correction: As some folks have pointed out, this isn’t a true “Pro Controller” substitute, but similar to the Classic Controller instead. Apologies for any confusion this may have brought.
